Return and Exchange Policy

At Blendin Clothing, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.Exchange Charges
• Exchange charges are applicable and will vary based on your pincode/location.
• A reverse shipment label will be provided by the company for the exchange process.
• Exchange charges are waived only in cases where:
– A wrong product was shipped, or
– The product received is defective or damaged (validated via unboxing video)Exchange Process
• Pick-up will be attempted via our courier partner once the exchange request is approved.
• If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your pincode, you may be asked to self-ship the product (instructions will be shared by our team).Refunds (Only if Approved)
• Refunds are not standard and are issued only if explicitly approved by the company.
• If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality checks.Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, certain categories are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:
• Innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks)
• Masks
• Perfumes

Important Notes• Exchange requests raised after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
